What is ConsentID and how to get activation parameters?

The ConsentID mobile application serves to confirm in a secure and reliable way that you have requested a login through the Electronic Identification Portal (eID) in order to access an electronic service, portal or application.

Who is the application intended for??

The application is intended for all citizens, legal entities and employees of state bodies as it provides access to a wide range of portals and services.

Prerequisite for using the application

Before installing and running the application, it is necessary to:

You own registered eID account
You have either a QR code or parameters (user ID and registration code) for activation.

An internet connection is required for the application to work. The application is available for:

Android phones (version 6.0 and above).

iPhone phones (iOS version 7 and above).

Download and installation instructions

The procedure consists of registering an eID account, downloading parameters, and activating the application itself.

1. Registering an eID account: If you do not have a registered eID account, you must register in one of two ways::

2. Downloading parameters: You can download the parameters for activating the ConsentID mobile application in several ways:

Online: If you have a qualified electronic certificate, you generate the parameters yourself on the eID portal.

At the counter: If you do not have a qualified electronic certificate, you can download the parameters in person by going to the counter of one of the registration bodies.
